แม้ว่าแนวคิดเรื่อง sexual consent หรือการให้ความยินยอมที่จะมีเพศสัมพันธ์จะไม่ใช่เรื่องใหม่ในสังคม ทว่าแนวคิดดังกล่าวกลับเป็นแนวคิดที่น้อยคนนักในสังคมจะให้ความสำคัญ ทั้งที่การขาดความเข้าใจและความตระหนักในเรื่องนี้คือบันไดขั้นแรกที่นำมาสู่วัฒนธรรมการข่มขืนและการล่วงละเมิดทางเพศ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งนำมาสู่การยัดเยียดความผิดให้ผู้ถูกกระทำ
The underlying concept of this work is related to sexual consent. There is so little social awareness of the issue, a lack of which has led to sexual violation and how the blaming of the victims. An awareness of sexual consent should therefore be increased.
